This formula contains Diatomaceous Earth (DE), a natural, silica-rich organic powder derived from the fossilised remains of diatoms, a type of algae, found in vast oceans and waterways around the world. It is rich in minerals and traditionally used to assist in the management of bloating and as aneffective long-term treatment for parasite control and elimination. Our DE contains less than 1% of Crystal & Silicon – we cant stress enough the importance of sourcing a pure product, such as this.
With a single-celled structure resembling honeycomb, this diatom powder helps to attract and absorb bacteria, protozoa, viruses, endotoxins, pesticides, drug residues, E-coli and heavy metals, supporting you on your cleanse journey.
It is also rich in Silica, a mineral which has been found to help reduce the accumulation of waste and improve some gastrointestinal disorders

Usage
Always take Gut and Sweep Powder in cycles of 7-10 days on and off.
Best taken on an empty stomach. To increase optimal absorption of the silica mineral, consume in the morning in a glass of water with a teaspoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
NOTE its important to increase water consumption while taking to avoid constipation. This product absorbs water in the body so please follow each dosage with a full glass of water.
Adults: Start with a teaspoon and work up to two heaped teaspoons daily. Follow with a full glass of water. Complete a cycle of 10 days then have 10 days off.
Children 5 to 12 yrs: 1/2 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with a glass of water.
Children 18mths to 5 yrs: 1/4 teaspoon up to twice a day. Follow with extra water or liquids throughout the day.
Mix thoroughly in water. Drink immediately and follow with another cup of water. Take on an empty stomach preferably, but can also be mixed into juices, smoothies etc.
