THE SEED CYCLE BROWNIE MIX – PHASE 1

Our Seed Cycle Brownie Mix is a simple and delicious way to enjoy The Seed Cycle Phase 1 blend. The Brownies are made with unrefined ingredients including raw cocao powder, almond meal, rapadura sugar, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds, making it the perfect snack for people with sensitivities or allergies to gluten and dairy products.

The brownies are made for chocolate lovers who don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen over a dessert recipe.

This mix has been designed to require only basic cooking skills; and with very short preparation times in mind, to ensure that seed cycling does not impact on your daily activities or commitments.

The Seed Cycle Biscuit Mix is a tasty way to incorporate our Phase 2 blend to your everyday lifestyle. The biscuits, which include natural ingredients such as buckwheat flower, rapadura sugar are sure to be a favourite with you, and your hormones. These mouth-watering treats have been designed with convenience and taste in mind and will give you the perfect amount of nutrients while taking care of your cravings for something sweet!

The biscuits have been made for the coffee and biscuit treat lover or afternoon tea devotee.

Organic Ground Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Ground Flaxseeds, Rapadura Sugar, Almond Meal, Raw Cacao, Baking Powder, Sea Salt.

THE SEED CYCLE BISCUIT MIX – PHASE 2

Organic Ground Sunflower Seeds, Organic Ground Sesame Seeds, Rapadura Sugar, Buckwheat Flour, Baking Powder, Sea Salt. 

Phase 1 Brownies Day 1 -14 Follicular:

From day 1 (start of your menstrual cycle) until day 14 (ovulation), consume 1 x Seed Cycle Brownie each day. Follow instructions on packaging and ensure Brownies are cut evenly into 14 pieces for correct dosage.

Alternatively sync with the lunar calendar as the moon’s rhythm mimics a menstrual cycle. If your cycle is irregular, you are on synthetic birth control or during peri menopause or menopause commence Phase 1 on day 1 of a New Moon.

Phase 2 Biscuits Day 15 – 28 Luteal:

Follow the same routine with the Phase 2 Biscuit Mix for the latter half of your cycle. Consume 2 Seed Cycle Biscuits each day. For lunar alignment, consume this blend starting from a Full Moon.
