CANCELLATION POLICY

Kuyu Colonics is owned and operated by KUYU Pty Ltd.  

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure an organised and efficient experience for everyone, allowing our hydro therapists to manage their schedule and attend to other clients who may be in need of our rejuvenating services. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to help us maintain a balanced and fluid space.


1. INTRODUCTION

Each scheduled appointment at KUYU Colonics represents time set aside exclusively for you. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service, and to achieve this we require our clients to respect the cancellation and rescheduling policies we have implemented. These policies not only benefit our business, but also our client community.

    

2. REMINDERS AND CONFIRMATIONS  

You will receive a reminder by text message, email or phone call 72 hours prior to your appointment. We will also send you a final reminder 48 hours before, at which time you will need to confirm your attendance. Confirmation ensures that we can serve you properly and manage our appointments efficiently. 

 

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING  

Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This time allows us to rearrange our schedule and offer the space to another client.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the booked service. This charge helps us compensate staff for the time booked.  

No Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not give prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. Clients with multiple no-shows will be charged in advance for future bookings.

    

4. LATE ARRIVALS  

At KUYU Colonics, respecting established schedules is fundamental to ensure efficient service for both clients and our team. If a client arrives 20 minutes or more late for an appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment. In this case, the treatment will not be performed and there will be no right to a refund or rescheduling.  

We recommend that all clients plan their arrival well in advance to avoid any inconvenience. If you anticipate that you will not be able to arrive on time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options, depending on availability and our policies. Your punctuality helps us maintain an organized schedule and provide the best experience for all our clients.    

 

5. EMERGENCIES AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES  

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are faced with an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider these circumstances on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate your situation.    

 

6. PROCEDURES FOR CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Send us an email to [email protected] with your name, date, appointment time and reason for cancellation.  

Online
If you booked through our online system, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours directly from your account. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to call us at the number provided.    

 

7. PREPAID SERVICES AND PACKAGES  

If your appointment is covered by a pre-paid service or package:  

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will allow for a full refund or credit towards future appointments.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted directly from the prepaid package balance.    

 

8. MEMBERSHIPS  

Bookings made as part of a membership are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as standard bookings. This includes late cancellation and no-show fees.   

 

9. CHANGES TO CONDITIONS  

KUYU Colonics reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Updates will be available on our official website, and continued use of our services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.    

 

10. MANDATORY CONFIRMATION  

Please confirm your appointment upon receipt of our reminder. If you do not confirm within 24 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to reassign your space.  

  

11. CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS BY KUYU COLONICS  

KUYU Colonics reserves the right to adjust, reschedule or cancel previously scheduled appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational needs. We undertake to inform affected clients as far in advance as possible to minimise any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these exceptional situations.
